Nowadays are becoming more workers and employers looking for something more, something that fill beyond mere material wealth. In Mallorca, S.A. Tirme company proved to be pioneer in this field, pushing the program called Human Gardening, that promotes personal growth of its employees from an intellectual, emotional and spiritual point of view since 2005, helping people to discover their talents and enhance their values.

The well-known writer and Argentina teacher Enrique Mariscal was responsible for sowing the first seeds of this project focused on three key objectives:

• improve human relations in the framework of the company
• bringing the template
• create a space in which the various talents of the people could develop.

Gardening human memory, with the summary of these 8 years of work occurs in June 2012.
