Tirme and the Fundació Deixalles have a collaboration agreement that has been developed since 2002, favoring the labor insertion of people in a situation or risk of social exclusion.

With this donation, Tirme will make it possible for two people in vulnerable situations to receive insertion aid for 1 year and to participate in the Pre-employment Itineraries Program. Participants can improve their personal, transversal and work skills with the support of the monitor team and social technical team. In this way, their chances of labor insertion are increased.

The donations of the aid for the insertion are destined to finance the workshops and trainings of the people participating in the project Pre-work itineraries. These people are in a situation of social exclusion and have diverse social problems, serious economic difficulties and few personal skills to access the labor market, which makes them have great difficulties for their labor insertion.

Through the different social and environmental workshops of the Foundation, activities related to the environment and participation in the community, participants recover their self-esteem, self-confidence and self-confidence, the ability to put order in their lives and the hope of a second chance that allows them to actively join society and the world of work.

In 2022, 211 people benefited from the pre-employment itineraries project, of which 79% improved their social skills and work skills, and 22.5% managed to enter the workforce.

On many occasions, the Fundació Deixalles insertion aid is the only income that the person has, while making their itinerary.
